Producer (Senior Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Produce large-scale and complex productions for seasonal campaigns, managing end-to-end production cycles from market launch to campaign delivery.
• Partner with Art Directors and marketing teams to shape shot lists and recommend optimal production approaches for photographers, stylists, and DOPs.
• Lead pre-production, shoots, and post-production, including asset delivery and adaptations.
• Manage budgets, estimates, and financial reconciliation for all assigned projects.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and usage with key contributors and coordinate with the legal team.
• Allocate and book necessary resources and collaborate with the internal Casting team for talent bookings.
• Deliver high-quality lifestyle content across stills, video, and social-specific formats.
• Communicate project status and timelines clearly to all internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of production experience across both stills and video.
• Proven experience within the fashion industry.
• Strong expertise in shoot production best practices and tools to manage complex workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong financial tracking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage uncertainty with a positive attitude.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for shoots outside of Amsterdam.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working both as a line producer and within a production company.
• Broad network of supplier contacts and deep industry knowledge.
