• Develop sharp, viral ideas, hooks, and structures for mobile-first storytelling
• Oversee video edits end-to-end to ensure high quality and impact
• Turn complex ideas into tight, executable briefs for editors
• Hire and manage a small team of editors, researchers, and contributors
• Maintain fast output while ensuring absolute factual accuracy

Requirements

• Deeply informed on Western Imperialism and global political dynamics
• Proven ability to research and verify information quickly under pressure
• Experience producing video content that has achieved 1M+ organic views within the last 3 months
• Strong understanding of online narratives and viral storytelling
• Ability to work directly with talent to execute creative visions
