Producer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative projects across multiple teams, owning scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery
• Act as the single point of contact for cross-functional partners including Comms, Product Marketing, and Partnerships
• Source and manage vendors, contractors, freelancers, and external agencies through negotiation and briefing
• Organize and run end-to-end photo and video shoots, including casting, location scouting, and on-set logistics
• Manage licenses, contracts, releases, and rights management to ensure compliance
• Build and maintain production workflows and intake processes to organize the creative team
• Partner with post-production to ensure final assets are delivered on time and to specification

Requirements

• Experience as a producer on an in-house creative or brand team, ideally in tech or consumer software
• Proven track record of coordinating creative projects on time, on budget, and on brand
• Hands-on experience managing vendors, contractors, and agencies and negotiating contracts
• Experience organizing photo and video shoots and handling logistics and licensing
• Strong program and project management instincts in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency with creative tools and workflows including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building production processes and intake systems from scratch
• Background in both brand/campaign production and event or experiential production
• An existing network of trusted vendors, photographers, directors, and production partners
