Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of assigned programming or features
• Act as show-runner on certain internal projects
• Establish creative vision, story structure, and editorial approach
• Manage shoots, interviews, and production logistics
• Oversee all phases of post-production and final delivery
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines
• Ensure editorial accuracy, compliance, and creative excellence
• Participate in creative discussions and pitch ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film, television, media, communications, or creative writing
• Minimum 7 years of experience producing sports, documentary, or feature content
• Expert level skills using Avid Media Composer
• Strong editorial and storytelling skills
• Deep knowledge of professional football and sports media
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel occasionally for production needs
