Responsibilities

• Own release management cycles end-to-end, coordinating across development, QA, and stakeholders
• Coordinate communication between engineering, product, design, and QA
• Manage sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and milestone tracking across one or more teams
• Identify risks and dependencies early and work with leads to resolve issues
• Balance competing priorities across feature development, quality, and platform needs
• Provide clear status updates to leadership

Requirements

• 4+ years of production experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills to structure ambiguous work
• Comfort working closely with engineering teams and understanding software development lifecycles
• Track record of shipping features and releases on schedule
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in release management, live operations, or publishing pipelines
• Background in edtech, learning platforms, or student-facing applications
• Familiarity with agile tooling like Jira and Confluence
• Exposure to game development or interactive media production
