Producer Junior

Responsibilities

• Manage audiovisual production phases including preparation, execution, and closing
• Coordinate resources, teams, and logistics such as transport, construction, and filming permits
• Negotiate, contract, and manage professionals and external vendors
• Control project inputs based on work plans, prioritizing by time, cost, and quality
• Monitor administrative and legal aspects including salaries, insurance, and material rentals
• Review usage rights and ensure the delivery of masters and copies to transmission managers

Requirements

• Degree in Audiovisual Production or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability in project planning, anticipation, and team coordination
• Experience in advertising and fiction production
• Strong negotiation skills and economic/financial criteria for budget management
• Proficiency in digital management tools including Excel, Word, and Social Media (IG, TikTok)
