Producer

Responsibilities

• Select, research, and write content for live newscasts to create an engaging viewer experience
• Guide reporters in story production and content development
• Coordinate and execute creative vision with anchors, meteorologists, photographers, editors, and production staff
• Manage breaking news and weather coverage with speed and composure

Requirements

• 2 years of producing experience
• Proven experience working in a newsroom environment
• Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, and copy-editing skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task effectively
• Knowledge of ENPS is a plus
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights as needed
• Unwavering journalistic integrity and ethical standards
