Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-team communication and planning for multi-team projects
• Road-map upcoming features and user experience milestones with technical leads
• Manage project tracking and Jira administration
• Develop, communicate, and track KPIs across design and development teams
• Conduct regular post-mortem reviews
• Track and manage cost-related items with product owners
• Recommend and implement project management tools and communication reports

Requirements

• Ability to create and maintain development and design schedules
• Experience supporting reliable, scalable, consumer-facing products
• Knowledge of software development, project management, and UX design processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Experience managing engineers and working in deeply technical environments
• Passion for gaming technology
