Responsibilities

• Own production end to end, leading the full lifecycle of marquee moments from creative concept through post-event delivery
• Craft the attendee experience, including breakout sessions, demo environments, and branded moments
• Lead and manage AV, scenic, lighting, video, and experiential vendors and creative agencies
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Communications, and Sales to translate strategic objectives into live moments
• Define filming, streaming, and photography requirements to turn live moments into marketing assets
• Travel up to 30 percent to lead onsite execution

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event and creative production
• Deep command of run-of-show, rehearsals, and AV/scenic/lighting/staging craft
• Strong instincts for narrative, design, and multimedia
• Experience building physical environments and attendee journeys
• Proven track record of vendor and agency leadership and budget management
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-stakes live environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise and Field Marketing experience
• Fluency in hybrid and broadcast production technologies
