About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and support Optimove’s production environment
- Act as a key person for integration projects and customer requests regarding data and applications
- Investigate and debug ETL processes
- Conduct data QA and analysis using Snowflake, MsSQL, and BigQuery
- Perform configuration management and create robust, scalable processes
- Communicate directly with customers to solve technical issues
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS B2B
- Proficiency with SQL
- Familiarity with software technologies including web/mobile SDK, APIs, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technology to non-technical people
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a fast learner in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise-grade customers
- Experience debugging web application issues via logs and networking
- Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog, Kibana, or Elastic
- Understanding of networking terminology and functionality (DNS, HTTP, ports, etc.)
