Procurement/Supply Chain Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced contract manufacturing for flagship module cards for AI security and power management products
• Manage products through the Product Life Cycle (PLC) process according to roadmaps and project plans
• Develop and manage a scalable supply chain including local and offshore Contract Manufacturers
• Collaborate with Business Operations to develop and maintain ERP/MRP enterprise systems
• Partner with Engineering during NPI phase to ensure flawless execution of product development milestones
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing for customer engagement, demand forecasting, and fulfillment
• Work with Manufacturing Operations to ensure on-time delivery, high yield, and quality standards

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline in advanced semiconductor technology
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as an individual and team manager
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing and Tactical Procurement with a focus on cost savings
• Experience managing local and offshore Contract Manufacturing (CM) supply chains
• Technical knowledge of high-performance electronics products (chips and modules)
• Familiarity with SMT processes and debugging server boards/modules in a lab environment
• Ability to travel locally and regionally (10-20%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Chip level ecosystem including Foundry, ATE, and OSAT packaging
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
