Procurement & Third Party Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a new Procurement and Third Party Risk Management function
• Drive cost savings through strategic contract negotiations and vendor consolidation
• Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process and streamline procurement workflows
• Design and implement a third-party risk management framework to meet regulatory requirements
• Monitor vendor renewals, track cost savings, and manage offboarding procedures
• Participate in the implementation of new Procure-to-Pay systems and optimize workflows
• Support cross-functional stakeholders by running RFP processes and providing training

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiations
• Proven experience in third-party risk management
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement organizational policies and procedures
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering significant cost savings
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Security teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing ZIP or similar procurement software
• Experience operationalizing risk management frameworks in a highly regulated financial services environment
