Procurement Systems Expert

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and standardize Coupa solutions for Sourcing, Contract, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management across Telenor Business Units
• Work in a DevOps environment to provide support for delivered components
• Support S2P process implementations including sourcing, supplier management, catalogue management, and item management
• Deliver on KPIs in Service Level Agreements (SLA) and report on performance
• Maintain knowledge of Coupa functionalities and integration logic
• Analyze new requirements and provide solutions aligned with global design
• Provide solutions for reporting requirements and custom fields maintenance
• Support project teams to ensure alignment with the global design roadmap
• Test new releases from a functional perspective
• Participate in forums as a subject matter expert on process and application capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Finance, Computer Sciences, or similar
• Functional overview of Financials/SCM processes
• Degree in Finance, CA, or ACCA is accepted with relevant ERP implementation experience
• 4+ years of experience in process design, system configuration, testing, development specification, and end-user training
• Successful ERP implementation experience including S2P/SCM solutions
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Coupa application knowledge
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Relevant certifications in Coupa or related technologies
