Procurement Systems and Processes Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for procurement IT systems, including ERP, eProcurement tools, and digital platforms
• Lead rollout and launch of procurement systems, managing schedules, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements
• Provide first-level support and develop user training programs and documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for vendor information, purchase orders, and contracts
• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and process improvements
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and streamline procurement operations
• Act as a liaison between procurement, IT, and external system vendors

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Experience in Project Management, IT Project Management, or a similar function
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ERP/eProcurement systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and support end-users
• Strong analytical skills with experience in procurement reporting
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Ivalua, Oracle, or AI Tools
