Procurement Sustainability Analyst Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of key ESG initiatives within the procurement organization
• Strengthen supplier sustainability performance through monitoring and assessments, including EcoVadis
• Contribute to climate-related actions and carbon footprint management (PCF) across the supply chain
• Build dashboards, reports, and analyses to support decision-making on supplier ESG performance
• Assist in supplier onboarding and track progress regarding the Supplier Code of Business Integrity
• Collaborate with the Procurement Sustainability Growth & Innovation team, buyers, and corporate stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a parallel environment
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for sustainability
