Responsibilities

• Support the team in sourcing and evaluating local and international suppliers
• Assist with obtaining quotations and comparing prices to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Help track inventory levels and manage documentation for supplier performance
• Coordinate logistics tasks, including tracking deliveries and preparing documents for customs
• Use procurement software and tools to manage records, update databases, and maintain accurate files
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Interest in procurement and supply chain management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
• Ability to commit to a 4-6 month internship
