Procurement Staff

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and distribution of goods including medicines, medical equipment, and general supplies
• Source suppliers for equipment and services based on hospital requests and product demonstrations
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
• Manage the pre-order process, including creating and completing Purchase Orders (POs)
• Ensure accuracy of administrative data related to ordering, negotiating, and purchasing
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delayed or unreceived goods
• Collect data and create operational reports for management
• Implement quality and safety procedures in accordance with hospital standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, inventory management, or administrative support preferred
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier relations
• Familiarity with healthcare procurement regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and inventory
