Procurement Staff

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and distribution of goods including general items, medicines, and medical equipment
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on request forms and demonstrations
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Execute pre-order processes and manage purchase orders (PO) for routine and non-routine items
• Ensure accuracy of administrative data related to ordering, negotiation, and purchasing
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delays or backlogs in goods and services
• Collect data and prepare operational reports for management
• Implement quality service and occupational safety procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, inventory management, or administrative support preferred
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier relationship management
• Understanding of procurement regulations and compliance standards in healthcare
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
