Procurement Staff

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and distribution of general goods, medicines, and medical equipment
• Source suppliers and evaluate equipment through presentations or demonstrations
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
• Manage the pre-order process and create Purchase Orders (POs)
• Ensure accuracy of administrative data including goods receipts and price revisions
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delayed or missing deliveries
• Collect data and create operational reports for superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or administrative support preferred
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier relations
• Familiarity with healthcare procurement regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and inventory
