About the role
Responsibilities
- Support procurement and distribution of general goods, medicines, and medical equipment
- Source suppliers and evaluate equipment through presentations or demonstrations
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
- Manage the pre-order process and create Purchase Orders (POs)
- Ensure accuracy of administrative data including goods receipts and price revisions
- Follow up with suppliers regarding delayed or missing deliveries
- Collect data and create operational reports for superiors
- Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or administrative support preferred
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier relations
- Familiarity with healthcare procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and inventory
