Procurement SR Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute the supply of direct and indirect materials to ensure operational continuity for the Fluor & Energy Materials business unit.
• Lead and coordinate medium-to-long-term procurement projects for strategic inputs and services using market analysis, bidding, and negotiations.
• Manage and control the warehouse of supplies and spare parts in accordance with internal policies and customer requirements.
• Establish equipment and storage protocols for mining operation warehouses to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Execute supplier evaluation strategies and conduct supplier risk assessments to promote growth and containment activities.
• Negotiate economic conditions, legal aspects, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Establish cost control protocols and department KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate to define and promote safety, ethics, and compliance guidelines for all suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economy, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a similar procurement position or 5+ years of proven leadership in supply chain responsibilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
• Advanced Engineering degree in a related field.
