Procurement SR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including requisitioning, purchase order issuance, and invoice processing.
• Lead sourcing events through RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for indirect categories to ensure competitive bidding and supplier selection.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and executing commercial agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.
• Implement regional procurement strategies at the local level to align with LATAM business objectives.
• Supervise procurement activities for the Aguascalientes factory and provide support to the Obregón plant and Pack Center.
• Track procurement KPIs and analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies, audit requirements, and risk mitigation practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on indirect, Supply Chain, or MRO categories.
• Proven expertise in managing the sourcing process through RFX (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
• Strong experience in contract lifecycle management and commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and empower small teams, including experience managing remote team members.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
