Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and routing of procurement requests and supporting documentation
• Perform data entry and maintain procurement tracking spreadsheets, logs, and status reports
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to obtain quotes, documentation, and procurement updates
• Support purchase order tracking, invoice coordination, and procurement records management
• Maintain organized electronic procurement files and documentation repositories
• Coordinate software license assignments and maintain accurate tracking records for IT assets
• Support asset tracking and inventory documentation activities as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, administration, operations, or office support
• US Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement or contract-related activities
• Familiarity with IT software, hardware, or the software development lifecycle
