Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective construction solutions
• Create comprehensive cost estimates to drive decision making
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Execute all purchase orders for Las Vegas operations and coordinate delivery logistics
• Source critical items by working directly with field engineers and technicians
• Manage rental equipment delivery, returns, and utilization maximization
• Resolve invoice issues with suppliers to ensure timely vendor payment
• Report and monitor inventory counts of tunneling supplies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a similar discipline
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
• Acute attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency
