Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
• Request, analyze, and compare supplier offers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contractual conditions in alignment with budgets and technical requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and tender teams to align procurement with field needs
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines while proactively identifying cost-reduction opportunities

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement (construction industry experience is a significant advantage)
• Strong understanding of construction materials and supply chain processes
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office and openness to using new digital technologies
