Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire procurement lifecycle from supplier sourcing to contract negotiation
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate optimal deals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain
• Create and manage a comprehensive database of suppliers, contracts, and procurement records
• Review and analyze existing procurement processes to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide tailored procurement solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective business relationships
• Proficiency in ERP systems and e-procurement platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
