Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary procurement contact for selected factories in Sweden, supporting operational purchasing and contract implementation.
• Manage tail spend for selected procurement categories within the region.
• Drive process streamlining, standardization, and automation within Source-to-Pay processes.
• Handle invoice price deviations and investigate root causes alongside stakeholders.
• Contribute to digitalization initiatives, including automation, eSourcing, and data quality improvements.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal procurement policies, Code of Conduct, and quality requirements.
• Support audit readiness through disciplined documentation and process management.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Procurement.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, such as SAP; experience with Ariba or eSourcing tools is a plus.
• Fluent English (C1 level minimum).
• Fluent Swedish (C1 level minimum).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
