Procurement Specialist- Raw Ingredients

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, from supplier selection through to contract negotiation
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking and continuous improvement
• Support sourcing operations by optimizing costs, pricing, and supply timelines
• Collaborate on initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance supply continuity
• Ensure supplier compliance with company standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience in FMCG or a manufacturing environment
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and project management skills
• Proven experience delivering measurable cost savings and operational improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across diverse, multicultural teams
• Good financial understanding and comfort working with data and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with specialty chemicals, Leaping Bunny, REACH, or other regulatory frameworks
