Procurement Specialist - Packaging

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with regional and global priorities for the Asia Pacific region
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Negotiate contracts and identify cost-saving opportunities to drive efficiencies
• Support sourcing operations including pricing, supplier data, and lead-time improvements
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams to drive innovation and efficiency in packaging

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally within FMCG or packaging manufacturing
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and project management skills
• Proven ability to identify and deliver cost savings
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for data management

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with both hard and soft packaging development
