Procurement Specialist

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead competitive bidding processes (RFPs), proposal analysis, and supplier selection
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to minimize risk
• Formulate requests for proposal, quotations, information, and Statement of Work (SoW)
• Strategically source services and goods to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Collaborate with Finance, Security, and Legal teams to drive cost efficiency and compliance
• Analyze market trends to make informed sourcing decisions
• Manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously and meet department KPI goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional procurement experience
• Mandatory expertise in SaaS engagements and professional services
• Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation
• Experience in high-performance, complex organizational environments
• Fluency in English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
• Familiarity with ZIP procurement system is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project-based contracts and service requirements
• Strong background in third-party services purchasing
