Procurement Specialist - MRO

Responsibilities

• Analyze spending and client needs to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop procurement strategies to ensure maximum value for the company
• Manage the full transactional cycle from demand definition to contract management
• Coordinate strategic procurement activities including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Negotiate agreements and contracts to obtain optimal commercial and contractual terms
• Evaluate procurement risks and develop mitigation plans
• Maintain strong partnerships with current suppliers and develop new vendor relationships
• Monitor market trends and conduct market research
• Provide management with analysis, recommendations, and reports on savings achieved

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
• Strong negotiation skills
• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficiency in data management tools, performance analysis, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
