About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of non-fuel goods and services to align with company strategy and budgetary objectives.
- Maintain and evaluate supplier relationships, including monitoring qualifications and conducting regular evaluations.
- Execute the Source to Contract process, including preparing sourcing documentation (RFI, RFP, RFQ), evaluation matrices, and scoring methodologies.
- Negotiate contract terms and prepare drafts of contracts and annexes in cooperation with Legal and Tax departments.
- Manage assigned purchasing categories to identify and implement cost-saving and optimization initiatives.
- Utilize SAP GOP for creating contracts, submitting purchase orders, and managing master data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and MOL Group category managers to implement category strategies.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Management, Administration, Economics, or Logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing department, including at least one year in an independent buyer or category manager role.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier selection criteria, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain organized documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MARCOM, IT, or HSE categories.
- Experience with SAP Ariba or SAP GOP systems.
