Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the full order lifecycle from placement through delivery, including validating lead times and expediting critical orders
• Serve as the primary point of contact among suppliers, Customer Service, and warehouse operations
• Track and drive performance against key operational KPIs such as supplier delay rates and claim turnaround time
• Manage order workflows across ERP, case management, and supplier portal systems
• Identify recurring operational breakdowns and drive root cause elimination and automation initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service on quotations and special orders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or order management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
