Procurement Specialist Maritime Supplies

Responsibilities

• Purchase maritime supplies and materials to ensure the continuous supply of a growing fleet of over 180 merchant ships
• Request, compare, and negotiate quotes with various suppliers
• Create and process purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain and manage procurement and supplier data within company systems
• Collaborate with internal departments, including technical teams and ship management
• Ensure timely deliveries and smooth logistical processing

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., Wholesale/Foreign Trade or Shipping Merchant)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong command of MS Office and standard IT applications
• Structured, diligent, and team-oriented working style
• High motivation and willingness to learn in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in maritime procurement or ship supply
