Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality products, equipment, and services while securing competitive commercial terms
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing vendors, OEMs, and distributors
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to ensure business continuity
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and service agreements
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company SOPs and approval matrices
• Collaborate with Data Center, Network, IT, and Finance teams to coordinate procurement planning
• Manage procurement of servers, storage, networking equipment, and electrical/mechanical infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, IT, Computer, or Electrical) or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience
• Proven track record in procurement negotiations and commercial discussions
• Experience managing vendor onboarding and supplier relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud Computing, Data Centers, or IT Infrastructure industries
• Familiarity with OEMs, distributors, and technology procurement channels
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure procurement
