Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day procurement support including obtaining quotes, managing purchasing processes, workflows, and invoicing
• Process purchasing requests for software subscriptions, hardware, telecommunications, professional services, and office supplies
• Conduct financial data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Align procurement activities with corporate finance policies, supporting budget tracking and forecasting
• Update internal procurement policies to ensure compliance with global tech standards
• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and performance analytics
• Administer the full contract lifecycle from review and negotiation to final signatures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in a technology-based organization
• 1+ years of experience working in the ServiceNow platform
• Working knowledge of NetSuite and other accounting/business applications
• Familiarity with Asset Management and Inventory control
• Working knowledge of IT hardware and software
