Procurement Specialist, IT Services

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate needs and manage renewals
• Cultivate robust vendor partnerships and ensure supplier performance aligns with business goals
• Negotiate and redline agreements in collaboration with the legal team
• Use creative negotiation strategies to formulate contracts that ensure compliance and protection
• Execute full-cycle RFP processes from development to bid analysis and award
• Issue purchase orders and reconcile invoicing discrepancies

Requirements

• 5-10 years of related procurement experience
• Deep understanding of RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs
• Exceptional communication skills regarding complex procurement terms
• Ability to work independently in complex and ambiguous scenarios
• Strong negotiation and project management skills
• Proficiency with P2P systems such as Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or Workday
