Procurement Specialist, IT Hardware

Responsibilities

• Source IT hardware including servers, networking, storage, and desktop equipment across Americas offices and data centers
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including raising purchase orders and coordinating logistics
• Obtain requests for quotes (RFQs) and negotiate with external vendors
• Provide stakeholders with summaries of buying options regarding price, availability, and lead times
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and review invoices for accuracy
• Collaborate with Data Center, Networking, IT, and Procurement teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, IT, engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of RFQ and ordering processes
• Experience negotiating with suppliers
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
