Procurement Specialist II (MRO)

Responsibilities

• Perform purchasing activities for MRO items to support plant expansion and maintenance
• Conduct MRO cost analysis and support cost reduction activities
• Procure spare parts, consumables, tools, and maintenance supplies
• Register new vendors and coordinate supplier bank account setup
• Create and process purchase orders (POs) in the procurement system
• Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and procurement files
• Resolve basic delivery, quality, or supplier-related issues
• Support contract negotiation, execution, and management activities
• Source suppliers to support MRO purchasing needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing
• Basic understanding of vendor management and procurement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
