Helion is a fusion power company based in Everett, WA, with the mission to build the world's first fusion power plant, enabling a future with unlimited clean electricity. Since 2013, Helion has raised $1.5 billion to propel the development of fusion technology.

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing of direct or indirect items and service categories for custom requirements and applications
  • Create purchase orders to procure hardware, equipment, software and services
  • Pursue credit terms with vendors and assist with execution of contracts, forms and agreements
  • Resolve receiving and invoicing discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate ERP vendor and open order data
  • Evolve and implement processes in coordination with team leads and management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • 1-3+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or buying supporting manufacturing and R&D
  • Ability to operate independently with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
