Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities across Facilities, IT, Marketing, and HR categories
• Handle vendor onboarding, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective deals
• Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and compliance tracking
• Maintain and manage procurement-related master data accurately
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of requirements
• Analyze vendor performance, pricing, and procurement data to support business decisions
• Ensure adherence to procurement processes, policies, and documentation standards
• Work closely with finance and cross-functional teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles
• Experience handling procurement for Facilities, IT, Marketing, or HR categories
• Strong negotiation, analytical, contract management, and vendor management skills
• Hands-on experience with Excel and Oracle

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced organizations
• Engineering degree or MBA/Postgraduate qualification
