Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end buying activities for indirect categories including Marketing, Cloud, Technology, and Professional Services
• Follow established category strategies to complete purchasing transactions, including requisition verification, contract negotiation, and issuing purchase orders
• Contribute to process optimization, category strategy refreshes, and cross-functional projects
• Support operational excellence in areas such as P2P, Vendor Management, Travel, and reporting
• Maintain vendor relationships and address performance issues or communication breakdowns
• Liaise between Procurement and other corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, IT, and Sales & Marketing
• Analyze spend data and prepare clear, accurate reports and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
• 2-4 years of work experience in a purchasing or procurement department
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Marketing categories
• Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing or similar ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of the Procure to Pay (P2P) daily process
• Curiosity or comfort with using AI tools to streamline workflows
