Procurement Specialist

About the Company

Everstar is a recruitment agency helping milltech companies find talented people. We are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist for our client, one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for Ukraine's defense needs.

Responsibilities

• Collect orders and analyze received data
• Execute procurement processes
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers
• Monitor delivery schedules and accounting operations
• Maintain order reporting
• Control primary documentation (invoices, waybills, etc.) to ensure goods are properly received

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in indirect procurement in Ukraine
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, email, and messengers
• Ability to plan, structure tasks, and manage priorities
• Skills in market analysis and supplier selection
• Ability to work in multitasking environments with limited resources
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience working with invoices, waybills, and reports
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
