Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather procurement requirements and support demand forecasting
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for materials and components
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery schedules, and product availability
• Support new product setup and item master data management within ERP/WMS systems
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment planning
• Resolve supplier and receiving issues including shipment discrepancies, damaged deliveries, and RMAs
• Partner with warehouse, operations, and accounting teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor data, and pricing information
• Identify and escalate supply chain risks or delays

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or higher in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift 5-10 lbs and sit for prolonged periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Advanced Warehouse Management (D365)
• Background in purchasing IoT, electronics, or technology-related products
• Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations
• Experience handling supplier discrepancies, returns, and logistics coordination
