Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations for technical and commercial compliance
• Manage purchase agreements and supplier selection
• Execute and govern Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NMDA’s) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Own end-to-end logistics including delivery tracking, transportation, and site coordination
• Monitor market trends and material innovations to mitigate price volatility
• Oversee inventory management and fleet coordination to ensure material availability
• Provide cross-functional supply chain and logistics support for project timelines

Requirements

• 3–5 years of dedicated procurement or supply chain experience
• Experience in industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments preferred
• Ability to manage complex RFPs and evaluate bid leveling
• Proficiency navigating ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
