Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchase order process, including converting requisitions to POs, validating accuracy, and tracking delivery to closure.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to ensure supply meets business demands.
• Lead the due diligence, qualification, and onboarding process for all new suppliers.
• Drive financial value through the execution of cost savings and value optimization projects.
• Serve as the SAP purchasing subject matter expert, providing training and maintaining documentation.
• Ensure procurement KPIs are met by providing backup support for other specialists and maintaining process redundancy.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience working within an SAP purchasing system.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing fundamentals and the ability to lead RFPs under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
