Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute call-offs from existing agreements and framework agreements
• Negotiate prices and delivery times with suppliers
• Conduct inquiries and requests for quotations
• Update prices, delivery times, and minimum quantities in VMS systems
• Manage order processing and registration of order confirmations
• Report deviations to relevant stakeholders
• Procure contractors within civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines
• Procure and competitively tender technical consultants in collaboration with technical procurement colleagues

Requirements

• Experience with or good knowledge of AB04, ABK09, and ABT06
• Experience using e-Avrop
• Relevant experience in procurement and tendering
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
• Experience in the energy industry is a merit
• Flexible and positive attitude toward organizational development
