Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of consultants from framework agreements to meet client needs
• Design assignment descriptions and requirements in collaboration with business owners
• Handle the full procurement process including tender requests, evaluation, and decision support
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups
• Develop security protection plans and coordinate with security units

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Relevant higher education (e.g., Economics, Law, Engineering, or Procurement)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, and consultant procurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience procuring technical consultants or project assignments
• Experience working with LOU/LUF from a procurement perspective
• Experience in professional negotiations
