Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify cost savings and improve financial performance through continuous improvement initiatives and data analysis.
• Develop and manage strategic sourcing initiatives and RFX processes (Request for Proposal/Quotation) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective supplier relationships while ensuring favorable terms, conditions, and service level agreements.
• Manage procurement activities including PO setup, vendor maintenance, and troubleshooting within the Coupa system.
• Mitigate organizational risk by following established procurement guidelines, laws, and policies.
• Supervise procurement activities based on spend data to implement competitive processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional Purchasing or Procurement role.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and contract management skills.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• SCMP or CPP certification related to Purchasing.
• Experience using COUPA or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.
