Procurement Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contracting operations and lead a team of specialists to deliver compliant and efficient outcomes
• Execute high-to-medium spend critical contracts in collaboration with Global category and business partnering teams
• Lead contract negotiations, advise on contractual risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee end-to-end contracting activities including drafting, review, amendment, and execution of NDAs and procurement contracts
• Ensure consistent application of approved templates, clause libraries, and playbooks
• Apply governance frameworks and controls to mitigate contractual and operational risk
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Build strong, trusted relationships with Procurement, Legal, and various business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 9 to 14 years of experience in procurement, contracting, or supply chain management
• Proven experience managing or supervising contract or procurement teams
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end contract lifecycle and buying cycle
• Hands-on experience with contracting tools and procurement systems such as Ariba, SAP, Coupa, or Ivalua
• Demonstrated experience driving operational efficiencies and service improvements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience in continuous improvement
• Experience in global and cross-border contracting environments
• Experience in policy and procedure development for compliance and efficiency
