Procurement Reinvention Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive value by tackling procurement issues ranging from operational to strategic topics using data analytics and market insights
• Work alongside clients and AI agents to identify issues, validate findings with data, and propose solutions
• Manage client interactions and clearly communicate insights and strategic recommendations
• Cooperate with colleagues and ecosystem partners to identify best-in-class solutions for client challenges
• Deliver impact by driving implementation through process redesign, tool development, and sourcing projects

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in consulting and/or hands-on procurement functions (e.g., Category Management, Strategic Sourcing)
• Proven experience in developing procurement strategies or operating model design
• Experience with procurement transformation and benefits realization using digital technologies
• Proficiency in using key calculation and visualization solutions
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations across Europe and beyond

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of sourcing tools such as Coupa Sourcing Optimizer
• Experience working with AI Agents to manage data and develop conclusions
• Hands-on experience in driving organizational change
• Fluency in German
